Sstax partnered with an AI coding agent — a digital teammate — and together they built the entire Barq AI website from scratch in a single session.

A custom-built Next.js application with Tailwind CSS v4, server-side rendering, SEO optimization, responsive design, and a complete brand identity. From the lightning bolt logo to the electric cyan color palette, every pixel was intentionally crafted.

The workflow was unlike anything traditional. Sstax would describe a vision — "I want a dark-themed agency site with electric vibes, Arabic-inspired geometric patterns, and a focus on AI teammates" — and the AI agent would translate that into production-ready code in minutes. In Tailwind v3, you configure everything in a JavaScript config file. In v4, the entire theme system moved to CSS-native @theme blocks. Our AI agent initially generated v3-style code, which meant none of the custom colors, fonts, or spacing values were applying correctly. The layout literally collapsed — every element had zero padding because CSS layer specificity rules meant the old reset was overriding Tailwind's utility classes.

The fix required deep debugging — inspecting computed styles in a headless browser, tracing the CSS cascade, and understanding how @layer specificity works in modern CSS. Once identified, the AI agent rewrote all arbitrary CSS variable references to proper Tailwind v4 theme tokens across ten files in a single operation. Problem solved. That's the power of AI debugging — what could take a human developer hours of trial and error took minutes of systematic analysis.
